Would highly recommend Service Pro Plumbing. They installed our tankless water heater two years ago and someone who no longer works for them missed a mounting detail so the heater fell off the wall this week and flooded our laundry room but Service Pro went out of their way to make things right. They sent out Brandon and Zach to install a new one and they did a fantastic job remounting it and double checking to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I’m really impressed with how far they went to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Brandon, Zach, and Service Pro crew - you all are legit and professional and we will definitely be recommending you to our friends and neighbors.

Amazinggggg. Not only did they get me scheduled quickly, the overall time it took for Dylan to replace my water heater was great too! I hope he gets a bonus for this review and the selfie (sorry I didnt want a video but points for the pose??) He answered all my questions, dealt with my kids questions, was nice to my dogs. 10/10 would recommend this company and the tech 😊 look at that fancy water heater 🎉

Excellent service! Professional, polite, friendly, on time. Upfront quote. Excellent work from start to finish. Went above and beyond, and came up with a better solution than the one first provided which saved me money! Even provided an expert contact to get the right part I needed. Very happy 😊

Alan B. and Hunter from Service Pro Plumbing replaced my old jetted tub with a nice new soaking tub, and they did an great job. Alan came by Monday afternoon, walked me through my options, and explained everything clearly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and able to get the tub quickly. By Thursday afternoon, I had a great new tub installed.

Alan also replaced a failed sump pump in my crawlspace. I highly recommend Service Pro Plumbing, especially Alan and Hunter. Great guys to work with.
