Fantastic service! David and Daniel arrived and within 5 minutes they diagnosed a mystery leak we’d been struggling with for over a month. 30 minutes later everything was fixed and they were out the door. I can’t say how pleased I am! I highly recommend Terry Massey plumbing.

One of the local big-name places came out to diagnose a plumbing leak and their estimate was a little shocking. Then Massey Plumbing came out and got the whole thing fixed in about as much time as the other place took to put together their estimate. They tried to upsell the work to something more complicated and were very friendly on top of it all. They’ll be our go-to plumbers from here on and will recommend them to anyone we know looking for someone they can trust.
Don’t get Messy, y’all… GET MASSEY 👏

Woke up to a flooded front yard on Monday, April 27th 2026. We got the water to our house shut off immediately. I Texted Terry Massey's Plumbing, as they were not open this early Monday Morning. They were able to get to my house by 2pm. Leak fixed by that evening! I have used Terry Massey's Plumbing Service on more than a few occasions now. They are very transparent, hard working, and fair. And if you live in the Milwaukie area, they are the best! I have had terrible experiences with past plumbers (locally). So once I found Terry Massey's Plumbing Service, I have not used anyone else! Thank you very much Team for getting our water up and flowing once again!

Terry came shortly after my call, fixed two things and gave me a quote on updating very old pipes. I had several quotes. His was fair and complete. The work was finished in one day. They were friendly and work with as well as professional. I highly recommend this company.

They came within a day after I contacted them and kept in touch when their arrival time was delayed. They diagnosed the bathroom sink leak, went to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet (since I didn't like the one they had available) and installed it in no time at all. They were professional and very pleasant which i really appreciated. Definitely will be my go to plumbers.
