Mike, the owner, sent his team out and they arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. Billy was one of two team members who were thorough, professional, and efficient. The job was messy (a foundation company hit my sewer line and did not repair it), but they worked diligently and I had zero sewer back up within 4 hours of them arriving on site. The excavator subcontractor was also methodical in his digging and he moved my soil back smoothly after the job.

One point I want to mention which sometimes we forget, is method of payment. Most of us don’t carry checks anymore, so be sure to have cash or check handy. A 4% card transaction fee will be applied to any card payments.

Will be the first and only people I call from now on. Was recommended by a plumber. Had I called them first, I would’ve saved a ton of time a money. They were able to identify a stem I spent months going around trying to and were a fraction of the cost. They care about their customers and went above and beyond for me. Mike was an immense help and I can’t thank them enough

Fair pricing, quick resolution to a dripping faucet. Moses was super friendly as well. Glad to find a knowledgeable friendly group of plumbers. Highly recommended!

Never had worse customer service. I was the only person in the store. Before owning a business I worked in retail for almost 20 years. I don’t expect anyone to do a back flip for me or even to be over the top polite. A simple hello to let me know I’m welcome in your establishment goes a long way. I came here to pick up a water valve T. I walked in greeted the man at the counter “good afternoon how’s it going sir?” and he responded with silence. I ask if he could help me find the part I needed and was met with silence. I should have left at that point but had just spent quite a bit of time elsewhere looking for what I needed. They sent me here. I finally decided maybe the picture of the part would help. After showing him, I finally got a verbal response. “I don’t have anything for that”. I tried furthering explaining what I was looking for. But he had no interest in selling to me. He had no interest in helping.

I went to Home Depot and they had me out in about 10 minutes. It was a cheap solution, maybe $40. The sale wasn’t huge and I’m literally nobody important but customer service goes a long way. Not sure what I could have done better in the situation.

I’m only sharing because as a business owner myself I’d like to know when an employee is affecting my sales. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he didn’t like me, maybe he truly didn’t have the part I needed. Your attitude and demeanor say alot though.

Called these guys for a blocked drain. They came out and had it cleared within an hour. Moses the technician did a great job and they charged me a totally reasonable price if not undervalued. There is no reason to ever call any other service if you live in the Hermitage area. I'll never trust anyone else again.
