Had our roof re-done just recently, and we couldn't be happier with Victoria Roofing. When we first called, Rob responded with a quote within 48 hours. Their price beat the other quotes we got, and Sandra in their office was a fantastic communication point.
The crew fit us in to their schedule much more quickly than expected, and when the crew did arrive - wow! Fast, professional, friendly, and very thorough! Their cleanup was awesome, to the point of running a magnet around the house to pick up any stray nails that may have fallen during the process.
We love our new roof, and would highly recommend Victoria Roofing to anyone.

We purchased a home in North Saanich that came with a Victoria Roofing warranty nearing its end. We discovered blisters that turned out to be more significant problem than originally thought. From the initial contact to the completion of the job these people were friendly, responsive and highly professional. The repair was extremely well done. I wasn't expecting that the entire cost would be borne by Victoria Roofing but I received no invoice. This is a company that does business the way it was once done. What they tell you is accurate and they stand behind their word and their work. We are lucky to have businesses like this one.

Re-did our roof in 2020. Missed posting a review then so doing one now. The employees made sure that we had the best instalation possible. The employees had an amazing work ethic. They left our yard and the neighbouring property clear of debris and nails. They not only cared about our property but others too. Recommended to neighbours. Highly recommend to anyone.

Victoria Roofing was excellent. Rob swung by and did an assessment, gave us quotes with various options, sent us addresses of houses that he had done with the colours we were interested in. Communications were always prompt and professional. I was a bit taken aback when there was only one guy on the crew to do our house, but he was awesome and did a terrific job. I work from home and checked in with him each day, he kept me apprised with anything that he found that he thought would be of interest. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and they even accommodated our small child's nap with the order in which they tackled our roof. Our roof looks amazing and I'm extremely happy with the service that we received.

Rob, Brendan and all of the other staff were attentive, responsive to our needs, and always available to ensure we were completely satisfied. The work done looks fantastic and of very high quality.
