Lansard did a fabulous job of providing us with a new roof. I requested a quote and they were out within a day of the request and gave us a quote that detailed everything they would provide and do. Tyler Martin sat down with us and explained everything and gave us advice on the choice of shingles. He also tried to expedite the timeframe in which the work would get done.
The workers were very professional and thorough on site completing the stripping of the old shingles, installing new shingles and new roof vents and cleanup afterwards in less than a day.
I highly recommend this company and will be using them again when we need roofing done.

Very happy with the new roof of house and detached garage. Thank you to Tyler and his crew. Great job. Took good care not to damage the many plants around house and garage. Very neat and efficient. Competitively priced. Highly recommend.

I had two positive experiences previously with Lansard so I used them a third time. I had a leaky dorm style roof. When I initially hired Lansard there was simply a wet area in the ceiling. Over the course of the next two years Lansard did make several attempts to fix it. New vents were installed. A new plumbing stack installed. New shingles in the area with a new weather stripping. And throughout the process Lynette and Al were more than helpful. But. The problem got way worse. Water was coming in and destroying the wall. I had a new roofer look at it and he immediately said the stack was installed wrong and it was the likely culprit. I hired them to fix it. They did and the leak is gone.

I received a recent quote from a restoration company that estimates the interior damage to be around $4000. I contacted Lansard and indicated that their install of the stack was faulty and it resulted in damage. Lynette is on leave so I got Darryl instead. He’s a peach. He just blew me off saying they don’t warranty repair work. Goodbye

Beware if you use them for anything they consider ‘repair’ work. If it’s not warrantied, apparently they don’t care to even refund the original service costs, let alone look at covering any other damage costs. You are a priority 2 customer without warranty. I never leave bad reviews anywhere. I never leave reviews. But Darryl’s blow off made me hope one bad review may cost them some future repair work. And I get emails from them asking for google reviews and referrals. So here is mine. I would not give them a referral for repair work. Now I am moving forward with a small claim against them. It’s the right thing to do.

Lansard Bros. provided the best quality and service, both in installation and clean up that I have ever had. Tyler Martin went above and beyond by informing me and assisting me in every step of the project. As a handicapped person, Tyler took photos of my old roof, eaves troughs and facia after the May 16th, 2024 hail storm, even though my shingle replacement was scheduled for 2 days later. My home insurance company chose to coordinate and communicate with him for their assessment of damage through his photos and cost estimates, and I did receive insurance compensation. He also assisted me in finding a stucco company to repair a large wood frame chimney that extended through the middle of my roof. I was able to arrange for a repair and re-stucco of the unit before the new singles were installed, and thereby avoid any potential for damage to the new shingles. The roofing and flashing crews were professional, meticulous and friendly. I would recommend Lansard to anyone.

Professional and top notch from the get-go. The sales guy Jamie was my 1st contact, and probably the 4th or 5th estimate I received after shopping around. From his professionalism and ability to answer all of my questions, to a reasonable estimate, I knew right away this was the company I would choose.
I had the entire exterior done : soffit/fascia/siding and trim, and exterior insulation. The workers were punctual, hard working, accurate, respectful, trustworthy. Very happy with the entire experience.
