Dan came out today and did a great job replacing both torsion springs on my garage door. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He also lubricated everything and cleaned up the area. Really glad I called Riverside Garage Doors!

Serviceman Dan was our professional adjuster & repairman with all the qualities you want in an employee. Called when he was here & on the way to do our project. Our HEAVY custom wood double door needed a few items & Dan took care of those issues quickly. He took time to explain what he was doing along with why & what should happen when he was finished. Now it's QUIET, SMOOTH & closes & opens so wonderfully. CHEERS to RGD's Dan!!
Their 1 year warranty is a sweet deal, for sure.

We just bought a house where the previous owners didn’t do any routine or preventive maintenance - including the garage doors. We called Riverside to do a safety inspection, service the doors and tracks, clear the errors on our openers, and reset closing limits to help keep pests out. Dan responded quickly, inspected, and fully serviced the doors and reset the closing limits. Everything runs smoothly and quietly now. Dan did a fantastic job getting everything in top shape and was honest (rare these days). I will 100% call Riverside again if we have any issues in the future.

Called on Tues to ask for someone to check our door that was not opening smoothly anymore, and making a lot of noise. They had someone here Wednesday…THE NEXT DAY!!! That literally NEVER happens anymore!!! So, in a world where the answer for a service request is usually, “The soonest we can get someone out is in 2 weeks”…you can imagine what a welcome surprise it was to hear they could have someone out the next day. Riverside also custom built our cedar doors and installed them on our new construction custom home and did a stand out job. They are the whole package! Thanks Riverside, we will gladly recommend you to anyone.

Experienced a garage door emergency on a Sunday morning. Really. The opening system actually broke and the mounting brackets holding the springs came off the wall. Bolts were lying in the floor and brackets were bent under the pressure. Our cars were completely trapped in the garage and we were unable to even manually open the door because of the displaced brackets. The on call technician, Dan, answered my call and was at our home in 45 minutes. He was fantastic. He addressed the problem and was able to reattach the mounting brackets successfully. This allowed us to manually open the door so we could at least have use of our automobiles. Unfortunately the chain sprocket was damaged by the initial force of the failure so the chain could not be reattached at that point, but Dan came back the next morning and finished the repair. He made sure everything was working properly and went the extra mile to answer all of our questions and allay our lingering concerns. Riverside is a great company to deal with and their employees not only care about their customer but their company’s reputation in the community as well. I highly recommend Riverside Garage Doors.
