A waterproofing system was installed at our home 13 years ago and we have had no water issues since. Our basement has remained completely dry and the system gave us the confidence to refinish the side of the basement that had previously been damaged by water. The office staff is always timely in reminding us to schedule our annual maintenance. Our service technician, Taras, has performed the maintenance over the past few years. It is always a pleasure to see and speak with him. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. A technician was sent to perform the annual service on my sump pumps and Oleksii was excellent. He arrived on time completed the work efficiently and provided a clear thorough overview of the equipment’s condition. He even took the extra step of organizing the power cables which had been a mess. Oleksii was very knowledgeable and walked me through options for battery backup systems and foundation waterproofing.
