I highly recommended Direct waterproofing!
I contacted a few waterproofing companies in the GTA area and decided to go with Terry's team. He is very knowledgeable and after explaining everything suggested interior waterproofing for our case. His pricing was also reasonable. His crew (Roman, Dima and Water) were punctual, very professional and friendly. They completed the job (~40 linear feet) in a couple of days. They were easy to communicate with and friendly. They explained everything they were going to do. Their work was clean, thorough and professional. They left my basement clean and also helped me dispose of some old tiles and vinyl planks I had in my basement.

I hope I never have to do waterproofing again but if I do then I know who to contact!

Jack came by and diagnosed my issue where water was coming in my foundation to my crawlspace. He was very knowledgeable offered a great solution. He was excellent to work with from start to finish, everything was communicated well. The team that came by and did the work were professional and did an amazing job. And this was no easy job as they had to work in a 3.5 ft crawlspace the whole time. Would definitely recommend, Jack, his team and Direct Waterproofing.

I just had my home waterproofed outside by Direct Waterproofing. They did an amazing job. From Terry's first visit until completion several crews tackled the work so professionally. They dug around my foundation by hand and tarped the area so clean up was perfect. They caused absolutely no damage to my property or the neighbours. They were careful around the air conditioning and the gas meter too. Every evening they tidied the work area and made it safe for me to water my plants. They also checked my drainage and confirmed I didn't need a sump pump which saved a lot of money. My final bill was actually lower than the estimate which was a wonderful surprise. They also gave me a 25 year transferable warranty . I am so glad to have found this experienced company to help me with my project. Thank you very much Direct Waterproofing.
