I highly recommend Protech Piles. Xavier was extremely patient, professional, and attentive throughout my project.

My project was quite complex, especially since part of the work had to be done directly on bedrock. Xavier was very well-equipped and had all the necessary solutions to adapt to the various challenges. He took the time to clearly explain the techniques used and the available options, which quickly instilled confidence in me.

I had started contacting him last year, but my project had to be postponed while I waited for other contractors. Despite the delays and my many questions, Xavier remained available and understanding. His communication was impeccable: when he couldn't answer immediately, he called me back promptly. He also managed to accommodate my schedule when the project was finally able to move forward.

On the day of the work, he was punctual and collaborated directly with my contractor to ensure the piles were installed in precisely the right locations. The work was carried out very professionally, and their prices were also competitive.
