Had the Procore in to add new.beam supports under a cottage. They were quick and efficient. They did a quality check a week later and came back as they were now 100% satisfied. Awesome job, highly recommend.

Pro-Core Foundations did an excellent job shoring up the foundation and floor at the cottage, a project that had been sitting in the back of my mind as a constant worry. From the first onsite visit to provide a proper, thoughtful quote (not just an online estimate), through clear scheduling and communication, the whole process was straightforward and professional.

The team arrived exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and were polite, communicative, and respectful throughout. Most importantly, the quality of the work is clear. The structure now feels far more solid and secure, and I have real confidence it will stand up to years of cottage life and weather.

I recently had some work done to repair some cracks in my garage foundation and found Pro-Core Foundation Repair in a Google search.

We initially had a quote for the work, and as the work was being completed we discovered another even larger horizontal crack going across the whole front of our garage. They gave us a quote for the extra work and even added a 10% discount, which was greatly appreciated as this type of work is not cheap, and it helped a lot.

Everyone we dealt with was absolutely amazing, from Paul who came to give the initial assessment, to Jen, Corey and Nick in the office, to Paul, Victor and the other guy (Sorry but I forgot the name) who came to do the work. Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful and even went above and beyond with their amazing customer service and wanting us to be happy. A couple days after filling the excavation hole we got a freak rainfall that dumped an absurd amount of water, which ended up causing the dirt and and rocks that filled the hole to do like 3 years worth of settling in an hour, and it left a hole. We contacted Pro-Core out of concern because we were worried about this and they came the next day and added extra stone into the hole, even though that is normally not part of the work.

They also took detailed photos along the whole process and had very thorough explanations of the problems that needed addressing and what would fix them. These are very helpful when dealing with our home insurance company.

We are seriously impressed with Pro-Core's work, their customer service and concern for their customers to be happy. I will absolutely use Pro-Core if I ever need any foundation work done again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Pro-Core is top tier in every measurable aspect, so if you need foundation work done, do yourself a favor and call these guys. They're the best.
