I recently moved to the Manotick area and later learned the hard way that the water table here is quite high apparently it used to be swampy land years ago. After noticing some foundation cracks, I did my research and had a few companies come out, but I wasn’t too confident in their repair methods. I decided to hold off… which turned out to be a mistake.
