It's so refreshing to deal with a company that actually knows what they are doing! Harold provided an estimate on having my back porch levelled. The cost was very fair and Harold's knowledge and construction experience was obvious. The crew, who came to do the work, were experienced and skilled. They did a wonderful job levelling my porch and completely cleaned up after. I highly recommend Assured Builders.

We are very happy with the work Assured Foundations/Builders completed on our house. Owner, Harold was very informative, professional and personable while reviewing both projects and provided reasonable estimates.
The first job was installation of 2 window wells, which the crew did a meticulous job completing working tirelessly, were friendly and cleaned up the area nicely.
The second job was a challenge with renewing large custom stationary wooden windows, a total replacement of one window and rebuilding the frame of two custom wooden casement windows. The team Harold selected were knowledgeable, efficient and professional, After the painters were finished the windows look brand new and we were very pleased with the end result.
We feel confident that we found a company that offers quality work with a fair price and will be happy to use again in the future.

If I could give MORE stars, I would. I hired Harold and his team for what I thought would be an easy fix to my sidewalk, only to find out about significant foundation damage to my property. I was so panicked, it felt like the world was ending. But Harold was professional, kind and executed the repairs so well, and for a fair price (and at the quote!) I was away for much of the repair work and he still kept me in the loop about progress non stop with pictures and message updates. Whenever I was concerned about anything in the process, he took my calls or texts. You hear so many horror stories of people working with contractors who will take advantage or gouge you, even do shotty work -- Harold and Assured Builders are the antidote to that. Nothing but professional and I'd recommend them to anyone.
