All Things Basementy did our basement in early May 2026 and installed a sump pump system and interior drainage system around the perimeter of our basement for us. We were really happy with the customer service throughout the process and everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.

After the work was done, we took a closer look at the concrete and noticed there were some substantial hills and slopes that would make it impossible to lay flooring properly. We reached out, and they were kind and said they’d be happy to come back and fix it.

It’s now July 2026, and we’re still waiting for the repair to be fully completed. They had come back June 2026 to fix uneven grates that weren’t flush, which we greatly appreciate, but we’re still awaiting the repairs for the substantial slopes and hills in the concrete so that we are able to lay flooring and put our basement back together. We’re hopeful it will be taken care of soon, because aside from this issue, the experience and customer service have been great so far.

Denny came to give us a free quote on our basement and we were very satisfied with his estimate.
He was punctual and very honest!
He explained to us the whole process and did not oversell us on things we did not need.

I highly recommend Michel if you're dealing with basement issues. Basement repairs can be stressful, but Michel was transparent, knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the process. He answered all my questions and never made me feel pressured.

I ultimately chose Basement Systems over Groundworks because of Michel, and I'm glad I did.

Such a fabulous experience!! From Denny who came out and did the consultation to having Shihied and Adam out to do the repairs!! They were efficient, clear on what the project entailed and completed it so quickly leaving everything as they had found it. There’s nothing worse than having repairs done in your house and having to clean up after the contractors. Super excited to not have water in our basement this Spring.
