We needed an opinion from a specialist during an inspection and Jon came onsite within 24h. We then hired him to fix some cracks in the basement and he did such a great job. He communicated throughout, was reassuring, thorough in his explanation and even followed-up a few days later. I highly recommend!

Recently we had a leak in the basement. We removed drywall to see where the leak was and we found a hole in the poured concrete.
I left a message for Jon at Aquaphobia who responded within the hour. I was able to book Jon two days later. Showed up at the time committed and the problem was fixed in less than an hour. I found the price was reasonable and competitive. Professional and courteous is always a winner. I would definitely use Aquaphobia if ever required again.

Jon was really helpful with everything setting up details and providing information about his various services. Also was very flexible with his schedule and very willing to make adjustments based on our needs. We never did end up getting the work done but Jon was amazing throughout the entire process, if we are in need of his services again we will definitely consider it

Recently while working on a real estate sale for a client, we became aware of 2 small cracks in the foundation that were causing some water penetration into the basement. I reached out to Jon and he explained in detail how the repair could be conducted. He outlined different techniques, what he thought of the issue, and potential success rates. Jon arranged to come over and provided a competitive estimate and scheduled an appointment. Jon’s work is clean and detailed and we are very happy with his services. 11/10 would use him again!
