I can’t recommend K & S Contracting Inc. enough.

They lifted my house, fixed some sagging issues, and coordinated everything I needed, from plumbing to electrical. The job moved quickly, was handled professionally, and came in under budget, which in my opinion is the best-case scenario.

On top of the quality work, the whole team was clean, respectful of the property, and a pleasure to deal with. Steven and the rest of the crew were friendly, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

I was so happy with the experience that I’ve reached out to them a few more times for other odd repair and construction jobs, and they’ve continued to deliver great service. I’ll definitely keep using K & S Contracting for future projects.

We hired K&S for a small interior project (putting up a new wall and closet in our bedroom). They arranged everything to meet our agreed deadlines easily. We had a minor glitch with the drywall work by their subcontractor, but they sorted it out quickly and smoothly. Very easy and comfortable to deal with. Presented options well and gave good recommendations/advice without imposing. Subcontractors were all friendly and comfortable to have in our home. We would definitely hire them again. 5/5 as far as I’m concerned.

When we first found the house that we wanted to move onto our land, the situation was chaotic and stressful. Steve and his company were the calm amidst the storm. K&S helped us EVERY step of the way from the initial inquiry to the finished home that we now live in and enjoy. Steve and his amazing crew took full ownership and responsibility for the full project without fail. We felt supported and heard through out the project as we navigated the huge undertaking of pouring a foundation,moving a house and renovating an older home.
Steve runs his company with integrity and pride in his work. The team are all fantastic to work with and the subcontractors that K&S deal with are equally amazing.
We are very thankfully to K&S for helping us make our dream become a reality.

The foundation under our front steps wasn't providing the support it was meant to carry, causing the column that supported our roof to shift. K&S came in and took care of everything to fix the problem; design, permits, inspections, engineering, dealing with all of the subs. They replaced the foundation for the column, the front steps and all of the old brick. As with any renovation of an older structure, there were surprises lurking below the surface. Steve took care of the unexpected quite capably without getting ruffled. He knew exactly how to handle it all. Everything right down to the paperwork was handled smoothly and professionally. I can fully recommend K&S Contracting.
