I had Ontario Wet Basements encapsulate my crawl space and they did a great job and were really easy to work with. They always showed up as well!! Laura and John are really nice people and they were reasonably priced and even came back to do me a favour and hook up a dehumidifier I bought for the crawl space after the fact - no charge. My impressions were they care about their work and the clients so I would definitely recommend.

From the initial call to Al, to the estimate meeting, to end of job, John and his team of Logan and Dante were professional, courteous and most helpful answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. They kept me informed of what was going on and the plan for the next day. They tidied up at the end of each day to minimize disruption to us. Work was done as promised with no delays.
I would definitely recommend Ontario Wet Basements to anyone who is thinking about it.

Fantastic service. Logan who repaired our floor and wall crack was awesome. He treated us with upmost respect and professionalism as well did Al. Al gave us couple options for us to choose from to resolve our issue. And explained benifits of each scenario. Had 3 different companies quote our basement. Of the 3, we chose wet Ontario basement solutions. For many reasons. But the biggest one is we felt they were fair and not trying to make it bigger than it had to be. the other companies were trying to just generate big revenue to solving our small issue in a unefficient manner. Had a company tell me I had to hand dig the whole back side of my house because the 2 post section of fencing was to expensive to replace to use a machine to dig and reduce labour cost to water proof our whole house where we were not having a problem. AL AND LOGAN were awesome definitely will be using their services again if their needed and will be referring them to anyone in my travels with water and basement issues. Thanks guys.

Al was pleasant and easy to deal with. He had an estimator out to my home quickly who was able to explain the process to me and provide a quote on the spot. It was a busy time of year for Al but he was able to squeeze my job in with a week or so. The staff he sent to repair my foundation crack were on time, pleasant to deal with and cleaned the site up nicely. Zero complaints here from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.
