Silva Building Solutions Nov/25 - Dec/25 Basement Flood.
Once repairs (concrete) was finished, I was left with a bare basement (studs), which included Bdrm, Bathrm, living/family area, crawl space storage area. Reviewed several quotes and selected Silva Basement Solutions - The quotes were similar, Rafael's quote included various solutions to problem areas, he listened carefully to my needs, and included options in relation to budget. Rafael and his team Diego and Edgar were a pleasure to work with. The site was always clean, arrived daily on the agreed time, communicated on any delays, adjustments or material choices.
Always answered my questions, explained the process and would share options & possible solutions. Adjusted their schedule when other services needed to be in the space.
Rafael walked me thru each stage of repairs, from start to finish. allowing adjustments if needed and to finalize each section. The entire process and the work was Professional, Fluid and Efficient.
Since this was just before Christmas, they worked diligently
(sometimes on the wkend ) to try and finish before Christmas, which was achieved ahead of schedule, on budget, thoroughly cleaned and with Beautiful results.
Thank you to SBS team, it was a pleasure, happily arriving every morning, always respectful and professional ( even our little dog eagerly awaited arrival)
Any future needs arise, I will be calling Rafael of Silva Building Solutions.

Finding a contractor you can genuinely trust with your home can feel overwhelming, hiring Rafael for our basement development was the absolute best decision we could have made. From our very first interaction, his deep honesty and professionalism shone through. He doesn't just do the work, he truly cares about the final result.

His attention to detail is absolutely unparalleled. Rafael is a perfectionist in the best way possible, consistently going out of his way and going far above and beyond to ensure every single aspect of the project was flawless. What impressed us the most, however, was his brilliance when facing challenges. Renovations always have unforeseen complications, but whenever a hurdle appeared, Rafael never missed a beat. He always approached us with incredible patience and brilliant, creative solutions that worked beautifully for everyone involved.

To find someone who delivers this level of masterful craftsmanship, finishes strictly on time, and still offers such reasonable, competitive pricing is incredibly rare. Rafael is a true master of his trade and an exceptionally trustworthy person. We cannot praise him enough. If you need a renovation professional, I sincerely recommend you to hire Rafael!

Rafael provided different alternatives in each phase of the project in order to allow us to make decisions considering different aspects (Budget, Future Resale Value, Safety, Finishings, etc.). SBS engages specialized contractors during each phase of the project for getting high quality results.
