Michael the owner was very rude. They definitely cut corners and they perform mediocre work on the job they were hired for. His workers were very unprofessional with the foul language used not considering who’s around.

I’ve had a really good experience with TCF West. We’ve used them on two projects so far for epoxy and polished concrete, and both times everything turned out great.

The team was easy to deal with, friendly, and knew what they were doing. They explained things clearly, answered my questions, and made the whole process pretty smooth and stress-free. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job and making sure you’re happy with the results.

Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

They did the epoxy floor on one of our commercial projects and they were excellent. The prep work was thorough and the final finish looks great. Their crew was professional, on time, and easy to coordinate with alongside other trades. Communication was clear throughout and they kept to the schedule.
