Tom came and gave me an evaluation and cost estimates of what needs to be done, all the way to the caulk colour He later scheduled his team to do the caulking job. All done properly and on time. Great job throughout.

Hands down an absolute joy to work with! Right away Tom was super communicative and always very transparent on next steps. I’m so glad I came across this company and absolutely agree with all the rave reviews. Tom and his team were super professional the entire time, always removing their shoes coming in and out of our home and really appreciate all of Tom’s color swatch recommendations, even down to the day of switch to ensure our calking matched all the different areas outside of our home.

Tom and his team did a fantastic job. Caulked exterior of our home, all windows, doors and vents. Colour matched all areas, removed all debris and was done in a day. Fair pricing but more importantly the team did a great job. Highly recommend.

Prime Caulking was great to work with. We had to have the entire exterior of our house caulked. It was no small task, as we had three different colours that needed to considered and several hundred feet of caulking to be done. This included 23 windows and doors, 15 vent covers and all the transitions from one exterior finish to another, brick, stucco and siding. I will be honest, Prime caulking was neither the cheapest or the most expensive, although all estimates were all relatively close together. Tom, the owner, was extremely easy to discuss the job with. All areas that needed to be done were clearly detailed. Tom brought a number of samples of colours available and were matched and confirmed with us prior to starting. Jerry his technician was great and did a fantastic job. All areas were expertly done. When the job was supposed to start we had a lot of rain and our start date was delayed but Tom kept us informed and was prompt and great in communication.
The quality and workmanship are clearly above and beyond. You really get excellent value for the work being done. I strongly believe in the adage you get what you pay for.
