Had requested Price for my building foundation and was asked to wait for weeks. the two weeks passed with no response start calling weekly but again no time for the price. called six weeks after and this is what Jean said " i still did not do it if you want try someone else". very unprofessional.

We had previously (over a year ago) identified a fairly large/deep crack on our foundation, near the shared wall. It was previously discussed that we will monitor and take action this summer. We have contacted the builder several times regarding this and they always default to the vendor Custom Foundation not wanting to do the repair. Extremely poor post-sale service and warrant work.
