I had a really positive experience with Steve and the crew. They were reliable and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. I never had to chase anyone down — Steve kept me informed, sent pictures of the work as it progressed, and answered my questions promptly.
I appreciated that there were not long periods of waiting to get the work done. They were organized, responsive, and kept the project moving, which made the whole process much less stressful.
I would definitely recommend them to others needing foundation work!

Steve was great to work with. The crew worked extremely hard, left the site clean, and made sure the hole being dug was safely covered at the end of each day.

Steve went above and beyond to ensure the basement wall was repaired properly on both the inside and outside. This included removing the interior woodstove and stone wall, fixing the crack, filling the hole from the stove pipe, and replacing the weeping tiles. Everything was completed within a reasonable timeframe and at a very reasonable price.

Thanks, Steve—we would definitely use your services again.

We are thrilled with the results of our extensive basement renos. Steve at Mr Basement was extremely knowledgeable with his recommendations, and what would normally be a very stressful experience left us reasured and confident. The crew worked very hard (I was there!), and left the site clean and clear of debris. The cost was very reasonable. 4 years later, and our basement is fault free, and our sump pit and tile lines have worked perfectly since. Highly recommend!

We used Steve for our foundation repairs. He was knowledgeable and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. His crew is extremely professional and hard workers. Every step of the process you can easily tell they knew what they were doing. We would, and will, use them again for any future repairs!
