A great visit with Dr Messiha. Prior to my treatment he asked me a lot of questions concerning my pain to gain an understanding. At my treatment he described exactly what he was going to do and what to expect afterwards. I liked him very much and hope for positive results.

What a great team and service. The communicate very clearly, help me to make sooner appointments, email documents and was super refined and patience with us. If you have option to get service from them rather than anyone else I would absolutely choose this place!

WOW. I am writing this for my wife. She had been suffering for 6 days. I had never seen her in such pain. We went to the ER, we saw her primary doctor, we saw the primary doctor referred physical therapist. The pain center the primary referred to was booked for the next 3 days, and every place I called was also 3-4 days out. Then a friend recommended Dr. Messiha. He made the effort to make the time, and saw before the end of the day. By the end of the appointment, for the first time in almost a week, she was not in tears. After all that, I would never consider going anywhere else. From Miriam that walked me through the inevitable paperwork for a new patient, and answered all our questions (we had never been to pain specialist before, and had no idea what to expect), to Gina that quickly checked us in on arrival, Daniel who took her vitals and then later assisted Dr. Messiha with the procedure, and finally Mary Anne with the follow up appointment and helping me get everyone’s name right! WOW!. Then there was the doctor himself. If my wife had not been in such pain, I think the apprehension would have been almost overwhelming. But Dr. Messiha, calmly, and clearly, laid out all possible expectations, reassuring her, and explaining everything. When I saw her again after the procedure, her pain was more than 2/3 gone compared to what it was going in. And each day has been better than the day before. She is almost pain free. I could not recommend him and his staff more.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical clinic — avoid this place at all costs.

They falsely billed me $65 for a co-pay I already paid on the day of my appointment — and they wouldn’t even let patients in without paying first, so the charge made zero sense. I spent over a year and a half (18 months!) trying to resolve this issue, sending proof from my bank account, calling and messaging repeatedly, and getting ignored every single time.

The front office staff promised multiple times that Mary Ann would follow up, but she never once reached out. I was completely dismissed and stonewalled, while they continued to send threatening payment letters to my home as if I hadn’t done everything to prove my case.

When they finally responded 18 months later, they blamed a “bad billing company” — but that doesn’t excuse the total lack of accountability, transparency, or even basic communication. I wasted hours trying to fix their mistake — taking screenshots, writing messages, calling, and being ignored.

To make things worse, the treatment didn’t even help, so not only was my time wasted on the medical side, I was left fighting a nightmare of a billing system that clearly doesn’t care about patients.

I would never set foot in this clinic again. The way they treat patients — both medically and administratively — is beyond unprofessional.

Save yourself the stress, money, and time. Go anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Barnhill for 3 months now. I’ve been in severe pain for over 10 years now, due to spinal stenosis and failed back surgeries. Of all the other pain management Drs I’ve been treated by , Dr. Barnhill is by far the best. He is very knowledgeable and has all the tools available to help with pain. I’m on a new medication now and it’s difficult to navigate. He is doing a great job following up with my progress. We have decided not to do anymore injections for now because they haven’t worked in the past. Instead we are going to do the spinal cord stimulator. His office staff is very professional and they are helping me get the trial approval from insurance. I still have hope for less pain and I feel I’m in the best hands possible. Highly recommended
