Delucca Roofing Damaged My Private Residential Driveway On Derby Street,East Hamilton Mountain.Their Materials Delivery Vehicle Severely CAVED IN MY DRIVEWAY BY THE EXCESSIVE WEIGHT OF THE SHINGLES,ETC...Only after I COMPLAINED DID THEY RESPOND.They Are Ssying THE Driveway Is Old,IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW OLD A DRIVEWAY IS THEY DAMAGED IT AND THEY ARE INSURED FOR SUCH DAMAGES??!!!!!!THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING,IGNORANT AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANNOT,CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE DELUCCA ROOFING FOR ANY JOB.

If anyone out there knows anyone who is wanting to get a their roof done, I highly recommend Deluca Roofing.
I had a few shingles that needed to be repaired, I sent them an e-mail and they sent a repair person to fix the issue immediately. Deluca Roofing fixed the problem even when I wasn't home...Looked at my roof the next day and it was fixed. I have spoken to the customer service rep (Melissa) she is very helpful, very polite and very professional. Also their repair trades are very skilled and professional. I have nothing but the best to say about this company and their customer service is top notch.. RICKI B
