Rene Sorensen is an angry little man who shouted at my elderly mother when discussing our leaking roof, instead of giving a specific time and date for a quote we got "I'll be there in a few hours" and spent the day waiting, after he arrived around 5 pm we asked about a timeline for the roof and he started shouting about "doing the job right, or not at all". He threw his hands up and stormed off pouting like a toddler because we told him that we couldn't wait 21 days for a 2 hour job, if that (replacing flashing against the bottom of a wall that's 6' long or less, seriously one strip of aluminum you have to secure in place). Honestly disgraceful and extremely unprofessional, you're much better off with literally any other roofing company if this is the kind of guy they send out.

We have hired Kei-Lin Roofing for more than one property now because we have come to trust their work and know we can rely on them being on the job when they say they will be ! They came on short notice when a client of ours was let down by another roofer and got them looked after right away .

I currently have Kei-Lin Roofing replacing my steel roof due to hail damage. Cory, Rob and the lads are amazing. They have answered all my questions, silly or not, and not made me feel foolish. They are very respectful and have worked through the heat without complaint. I would absolutely suggest you give Rene a call for any roofing needs. Came promptly to fix a senior citizens house who was in need. Did a wonderful job, very professional hard workers. Did a great job redoing the roof. Covered gardens and many objects in the yard to prevent debris from damaging any of her flowers. The crew did a great job cleaning up. 10/10 would recommend.
