I'm baffled that this location just opened. It was disgustingly dirty when I just went in with my family. The floor is so greasy. I walked out of the bathroom with my toddler and my shoes were slipping all over. There is already built up food and dirt all over the equipment and walls of the counters/coolers. Every single booth was dirty and there were zero other customers inside when we went in. You would think being brand new, they would want to keep it clean and looking presentable. If I were the manager there, I would absolutely be embarrassed.

Brings home food (triple steak burger, fries) and the burgers are SO SALTY I could have a legit health episode eating it. We called the establishment and the manager named Trinity clarifies "they are working on it" like no, you aren't working on it. WHY WASN'T IT WORKED ON WITH MY FOOD. There are RECIPE GUIDES that you as a manager need to ensure are enforced. I see other comments on this google thread that are similar and I can guarantee that other management DOES care about putting out food that is so salty, that it's inedible. It must be JUST THIS ONE that doesn't. This was the worst meal I have ever had at freddys, and by far the worst response I have ever received from an incompetent manager that is unable to manage a staff or its priorities which SHOULD BE quality of food first and foremost. LIVE UP to the companies principles and to your own principles. DO NOT disappoint a community that is growing as the business JUST OPENED not too long ago. DO BETTER. I will not eat at Freddys for a very long while until they have corrected BASIC SEASONING instructions on a burger. 🙄 a burger place that cannot cook a burger is surprising to me.

I usually enjoy Freddies, so having a location closer to home was exciting. The first time I went here the fries were unseasoned, but i wrote that off as growing pains. But this second time I waited an extrememly long time in the drive-thru and once I finally got my food I ended up finding someones hair in my food mid bite.

For this being a new location the staff is great! Friendly , helpful and all around nice. Food is wonderful their new salad is a must try 😊
