Empire has been fantastic every step of the way.

Prince and Tien were friendly, informative, helpful, and non-pressuring during the inital sale process. Even after install Prince has been consistently available to answer any questions and provide support if necessary - the level of customer service is genuinely impressive.

Jason, our installer, was personable, hardworking, and meticulous. Our lights look great!

I love that this company is entirely home-grown here in the prairies. Even the app is local!

Very satisfied customer. :)

Very pleased with our purchase from start to finish. Lucas is an excellent salesman and was very knowledgeable about the product and installation details. I’m very detailed oriented and required things done my way. Edwin installed everything in an efficient manner done to my satisfaction. He even offered to clean the eaves troughs when he was up there which I was very impressed with the offer. Overall the project was managed and completed to 100% satisfaction.

This company is amazing. A group of polite, hardworking young men. From the quote to the finished product we were so happy and impressed with everything. Great price too! Totally recommend. We live an hour of town and were not charged travel. We contacted another company and they could not be bothered to come out to quote 2 large homes. Love this company!

Absolutely love these permanent lights — worth every penny!

We recently had permanent LED lights installed by Empire Lights on our home in Edmonton, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From the moment you see the house lit up at night, you instantly understand why these are called "permanent" — this is a serious, high-quality installation that transforms the entire look of your home.

The brightness is exceptional — the lights cast a vivid, even glow across the entire roofline and exterior, creating a dramatic and eye-catching effect after dark. What really sets Empire Lights apart, though, is the range of colour patterns available and the ability to create your own custom patterns. We've had a lot of fun experimenting, and the system is intuitive enough that the whole family enjoys changing things up for different moods and occasions.

Beyond the product itself, the customer service experience was outstanding. Any time we had questions leading up to the installation, the Empire Lights team responded promptly and professionally — no chasing required. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, conducted themselves courteously, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently, took care to do the job right, and made sure we were fully comfortable with how to operate the system before they left.

If you're considering permanent lights for your home, look no further. Empire Lights delivers on every front — product quality, brightness, customization, and a team that genuinely cares about the experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had exterior lights installed by Empire Home services , and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, The installation process was smooth and efficient. The team, explained everything clearly, and made sure every light was perfectly placed for both function and visual appeal. Their expertise of the company really showed in how clean and precise the final setup looks.

Not only do the lights enhance the appearance of our home, but they also provide excellent illumination, making the outdoor space feel safer and more inviting. The Empire team made sure everything was securely installed and built to standard.

What stood out most was the professionalism of the owner who did the final work and cared about our concerns treating our property with respect and left everything spotless once the job was done.

Overall, this company did outstanding work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality exterior lighting installation.
