Lance is such a sweet person. His embossing is beautiful and the best thing is he was friendly, professional and had a kind attitude towards an annoying customer like me 🤣 ❤️

Maaz was a pleasure to work with, he helped me every step of the way and was extremely fun to talk to. Getting a watch is usually a tough decision but he made this memorization very memorable. Definitely will tell my family to come here too.

I had a great experience with Danka at the CrossIron Fossil Outlet. I called to get some information, and she was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the conversation. She answered all my questions clearly and provided excellent customer service. Really appreciate her friendly attitude and support. Thank you, Danka!

I was able to get a good purchase with a high quality watch for every day work. A sweet lady named Gurrir Sue helped me with my belongings as I select a few watches with the help from Carraway's recommendations.

I shop at this store almost every month. They have a variety of well made products e.g. bags, watches, jewelry in quality materials at good prices. Their purses hold up really well. I almost always find a great deal on just the right thing for a gift or a personal treat. Service is always good. Last time Sue served us and she was extremely helpful ( we needed a monogram). I recommend this store.
