My mother has lived here since the building opened in 2023, and it's shocking how much it has declined in just three years.

The "secured" key fob building is anything but secure. Homeless individuals regularly get inside, sleep in the stairwells, garage, and community room, and have damaged furniture. Despite security cameras, management's response is usually to tell residents to call the police, who often arrive after the individuals have already left.

The parking garage gates are frequently broken, and I was even approached by a homeless man while picking up my mother. When I asked when the gates would be repaired, I was told the building didn't have the funds—which is unacceptable considering residents pay for these amenities.

Many advertised amenities don't work or are inaccessible, including the grills, water fountains, and garage gates. The community room bathrooms often lack soap and paper towels, carpets are stained, and the hallways frequently smell like trash. Management seems more focused on enforcing the smoke-free policy than addressing the groups openly smoking in the garage every day or the serious safety concerns residents face.

Overall, this property has significantly declined and no longer feels safe or well maintained. DONT MOVE HERE!!!

Local neighbor: complex really needs to impress on their residents and potential residents that they share the neighborhood with others. So things like not blocking sidewalks (for move-ins, drop-offs or rideshares) is great as is picking up trash and pet waste.

The property, despite being new, does not allow the use of grills for barbecues and the green areas are neglected. My recommendation, do not rent or live there.

There is no parking for visitors in the garage and you can't park in the neighborhood until after 8pm during the week. All visitors have to park at Metro and pay$5 with Metro card or $10 by credit card.
