I paid over $5k for a transmission repair. That is not my issue. My issue comes from the fact that afterwards my SUV has an exhaust leak. When brought to the owners attention I was told, "We didn't touch that part of your car. That was like that before we worked on it. We only fixed the transmission." Now that would be acceptable if you didn't have to disconnect the exhaust to remove the transmission. I understand not many people know much about cars, but to tell me you did not touch the exhaust when changing the transmission is like saying a surgeon didn't touch the ribcage during an open-heart procedure .It is practically impossible to avoid, considering the exhaust system sits directly against or wraps around the transmission on almost every vehicle. I left my car to be checked for the leak for an entire day and my car was not touched at all but I was told I could pay for it to be seen again if there is a problem so of course more money. Add this on top of the fact that I had to come back to return parts that were left in my trunk that were not for my car, and my entire bottom panel and heat shield was left in my trunk. I figured after paying so much you would at least stand behind your work instead of wiping your hands with "oh we didn't touch that". Other than that, the mechanics are nice, the reception lady is as nice as she can be with what she is allowed.

My grandson found a tool in his red truck that belone to them. It torn up his only transportation up. They need to fixed it. That 2ould be the right thing to do.

They left a tool in my engine bay and had me tow it to another shop after they said they would pay for it and now they’re having me pay for it and telling me it’s not their fault after they left a breaker bar 3 foot long in my engine bag

The most honest automotive repair shop I’ve used. Went in for a transmission problem, expecting to cost thousands, when I picked the truck up my bill was $80.00 . Said it just needed reprogramming. 😊
