Tudor Tack Shoppe has the most amazing customer service you will ever encounter. They are knowledgeable and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. You will find that you're never pressured to buy something - you just get the feeling like the staff just really want to help you. I purchased a lot from Tudor - saddle, saddle pads, bridle, blanket, tack care products, riding attire, helmut and various other odds and ends. I have never experienced customer service like this anywhere ever before.
