We called for a quote and Doreen was so helpful. She was great throughout the process and coordinated our project scheduling. JT came out for the quote and made some good recommendations. We switched colors and configurations a couple of times and he was always happy to assist. He also had worked in our community before and offered to assist with HOA review. Mike came out for final measurements and was happy to answer any additional questions. Finally, Francisco and Pedro knocked out the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows in one day. These guys were pros and left the job site clean as could be. The only sign that they were here was the new windows. Great people, great company, and we love our new Anlin windows!

Update. Working with the owner Michal has been great. He is very responsive. We had an initial mis-communication issue with the Sales Rep. But Michal stepped in and corrected and worked to resolve the issue very quickly. He cares about the customer, reputation, and quality.

The install crew was excellent, showed up on time, completed on time and had everything cleaned up.

Service is outstanding. Purchased 25+ windows and sliders 7 years ago. Under their Company’s warranty they came out to replace a latch on the slider. But service man also replaced screen and rollers. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and all at no charge seven years later.

After using the Anderson replacement service through Home Depot with abysmal results, I turned to this company I had contracted with for my clients years ago. They did not disappoint; measurements were correct, installers on time, clean and friendly, follow up call came promptly the next day and the warranty information a few days thereafter. I am enjoying my new windows! Home Depot take a lesson on how window replacements are done!

What a great company! After calling several other window companies BM windows was the best. No pushy sales agents here. Just honest working people, they gave an in-person consultation and were upfront with pricing and wait times. They were on time with installation and I couldn't be more happy. Carlos and Mario did a superb job! Thank you to your team! We will recommend to all of our friends and family :)
