Jose is great! He went above and beyond what the work order was requested for. Not only did he unclog our disposal he went through the bathroom drains as well. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Miguel is great! Called to let me know he was at my apartment when I wasn’t home and I granted permission to enter and explained the few issues I had and he fixed one, explained what I was doing wrong with the other issue, and promised to take care of the third issue. When I got home, the issue that he was there to fix, was fixed perfectly!

Damien and the other technician were amazing, they took care of my closet which I had put a work order in before and the previous guy said he couldn’t fix it. I’m very appreciative. Thank you, they’re both amazing!

Refrigerator Water Filter replacement light turned on, so I put in a maintenance requect. Maintenance staff replaced the filter within 24hours. Very pleased with the level of service and sense of urgency of how the request was handled!
