By far the friendliest and honest garage around - very fair prices (perhaps even the best around!) and confident they perform the required checks each time. Was debating on taking off a star because for some reason they keep recommending oil changes at 3k miles, when the factory changes are at 10k. I've never had any garage recommend such frequent oil changes, and all research and mechanics point to there not being any need for such frequent changes on a newer car, and to stick to the factory maintenance schedule as the starting point. But regardless, other than this one thing, I've never found a better garage in terms of value and service, so keeping those stars up there. :)

I purchased a pre-owned 2021 GLE 350 a year ago. When the maintenance minder alerted me it was time for service, I researched local independent shops that specialize in Mercedes and came across "MB Automotive Service."
I called to make an appointment for a B1 service as indicated on my dashboard. Because I bought the vehicle used, they asked about its mileage and service history. All I had was the CarFax report, which they asked me to bring along. Instead of blindly performing the B1 service and charging me for it—as most dealerships would—the owner reviewed the Carfax history. He noticed the mileage didn’t align with that specific service interval, inspected the car, and honestly advised me that a B1 service wasn't actually needed.
Instead, they focused on what the car truly required at 50k miles: replacing the spark plugs, fixing a faulty gas door actuator, changing the oil/filters, and installing four new brake pads (with premium ceramic pads on the rear). They used Mercedes OEM parts, and the expertise of the owner/master technician completely shines through. They kept me informed with status updates throughout the day, and they even provided a loaner vehicle—a premium perk that many independent shops and dealerships don’t even offer anymore.
If you want dealership-level expertise with honest, transparent service without paying dealership prices, this is the place to go!

I highly recommend this auto repair company for many reasons. I found the interaction with Imal to be extremely welcoming, professional, and more importantly knowledgeable about my Mercedes SUV. Furthermore, he was very planned planned and deliberate about the sequence of events necessary to get my SUV up to standards. From a money perspective, I believe my savings with MB is approximately 28-38% as opposed to using a dealership service dept. Regardless, both MB and a dealership offer equally good service and expertise. In the end, I recommend this group.

MB Automotive did a great job on Service B for my Mercedes-AMG CLS53. Super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Everything was explained clearly by Imal and Patrick, and the work was done efficiently. Patrick even showed me the old parts that were replaced.

Car runs great and pricing was fair compared to the dealer. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid Mercedes/AMG shop.
