We came in with a very large group Friday, July 24, 2026. I’m not sure what the young lady’s name is who took our food orders, but she was so patient and kind. She worked that large crowd, taking orders by herself as if she could do it in her sleep. The staff assisted her by bringing out the orders hot & fresh as they were completed. I enjoyed “The Big Three” appetizer and the fully loaded nachos. We did have some technical issues and I don’t feel like they were as accommodating as they could’ve been (the tech issues lasted for awhile and although we were moved and extra time was added, it was less time than we spent sitting around waiting for a resolution). Nevertheless, the guy at the counter who explained pricing and gave out shoes showed his irritation. He was clearly annoyed with us; and I get it, large party, tons of questions, but in a city where so many come to visit, he should get use to the crowds and the questions and master assisting customers with a smile. A little enthusiasm goes a long way when peopling. Other than that, the place was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I recommend.

My daughter and I are frequently at 810. We appreciate Ben - with him being our first interaction every time, it simply makes for a great experience. The staff is always friendly and the food is great. We love that the atmosphere is appropriate for all ages. This is just a great place all around!

This place is great! Our servers name was Jamie and she is one of the best! She was very attentive to our needs and extremely sweet. Our kids can be a handful at times but she was very patient while they ordered and kind. We will be coming back for family fun night and we hope to get her again!

I am not one to write bad reviews, but I believe it is necessary to make my voice heard. I went to 810 in Conway on Friday with three others. When we went bowling, it took an hour to get four drinks. My fiancé checked four times, in the span of an hour, to see if the drinks were ready. They were not. One of the waitresses, (she was blonde with pigtails), acted like she didn’t know we ordered drinks on the app. Another waitress came by and was able to find the drink order in the system and brought them to us. After our game finished, we ordered dinner. The same waitress who couldn’t find our drinks was out and about, flirting with every dude in sight, refusing to greet or serve us. When we arrived, it was dead in the restaurant area. There was no reason that somebody couldn’t have served us. I used to go to this location all the time in college, especially when it was packed, and I never had any issue with being served. Food was good nonetheless!
