Andie is the best! My wife and I just moved to Fort Wayne and were first time home buyers so we were a little intimidated. I've bought 6 houses and sold 5. I've had the oppertunity to observe many agent's method of opperation. Most (not all) seem more interested in commissions than people. Not Andie.
Andie told me more than once, "you don't want this house." She made sure I understood the potential pitfalls of each property. She is a local, having grown up in Fort Wayne she has extensive knowledge of the area. She knows everything about this market; the good as well as the bad.
