They let us drive 1 hour to tell us the couldn't do the surgery. I think it is because he is incompetent

I cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond for me and literally changed life as I knew it for the better. His bedside manner 10/10. Knowledge 10/10. He was honest and straight to the point which I was so thankful for. I had to have a laminectomy and discectomy at 30 which isn’t ideal but he made the whole process smooth. I can’t tell him thank you enough.

I was impressed with Dr. Ferrell after my first appointment. He listened attentively, went over my medical history to obtain a complete picture of my problems, and thoroughly examined me. Surgery went well with minimal difficulty recuperating. Follow-up went great. He is very kind. I did not feel rushed at all. Grateful to have had him.

Go somewhere else. Horrible office with incompetent staff. After speaking to someone, I have been promised a call back everyday this week and have never received a call. My mom's doctor called and he has not received a call back. I talked to someone new every time and no one knows what I am talking about because someone either didn't enter notes or doesn't know how to read them. This is a very important matter that they have completely ignored. I hope that I can change this review, but I doubt it. 5 days of speaking to someone, being promised a call back, and never receiving a call is unacceptable.
