Ridiculous to take 45 minutes just to leave your parking spot and another 15 mins to inch to the exit ..bumper to bumper cars to not be able to back out and leave your parking spot if a true EMERGENCY would have occurred it would have been horrible !...no guidance from parking staff on site to assist with the car who was basically holding us hostage in place and THIS is the second time this has happened.

Monthly parker here and they left us to rot with no parking. Had to pay for parking somewhere else at 2 AM.
