Total Scam artists, no license or insurance. They sent a non english speaking technician to rekey my car who took my panels off and caused a chip rotor with my mercedes and refused to resolve or pay for jt. I will be suing the owner and the company. Buyer beware. Plus they are rude, abusive and beligetant .

Love this place. I used to deliver newspapers to this place as a kid. It has been around for a long time. I'll gladly give them my business

My husband and I recently purchased a home and hired Lock and Key to rekey the doors. There were multiple different locks and I wasn’t sure if they could all have the same key. I called to understand what I needed to buy to have 1 key for all the different doors, and Kevin walked me through the process and provided exactly what I needed.. I scheduled an appointment and he showed up right on time. He was able to rekey all my locks, and fixed a few small issues with two of the doors. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend them for any locksmith needs.

For the reviews saying “they’re never there”, have some grace for a small business ran by two people.

Amazing and kind man! I was in urgent need of my key being duplicated and he was willing to help me last minute. He got my key cloned in less than five minutes! I would recommend him to everyone if you need your key duplicated!!

I want to give a shout out to Scotty for his great customer service. He was professional and quick. I lost my key while I was working and he arrived within 20 min from hanging up the call. Also very reasonable pricing. I ( not knowing) overpaid him and he came back to my car and gave me back what I overpaid. Honesty nowadays is hard to come by. I definitely recommend this company. I just hope I don't need to call again lol
