Kirstyn has been a Registered Adult Staff Nurse since 2009, spending over a decade in hospital general medicine before moving into district nursing. She holds the highest level of Swedish massage qualification in the UK, credit-rated by the University of the West of Scotland and passed with Distinction. She is also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Royal College of Nursing. That clinical background means every treatment is not only deeply relaxing, but also grounded in professional knowledge and genuine care. Each appointment starts with a health questionnaire and a friendly chat, so your massage can be tailored to exactly what your body needs. Choose from Swedish Massage, which uses long, flowing strokes, kneading and gentle pressure to release muscle tension, boost circulation and calm the nervous system. Or try Hot Stone Massage, where warm basalt stones are combined with Swedish techniques to soften muscles without deep pressure and ease built-up strain. Both are available as 30, 60 or 90-minute sessions in a peaceful, private treatment room. Whether you'd like to chat, enjoy the quiet or drift off to sleep, this is your time to relax however feels right for you. Taking time to care for your body isn't a luxury, it's a necessity.
