Linnea was absolutely incredible!!! Best personal trainer and stretcher I have ever encountered! She met me where I am at and really helped me to build my confidence during the session despite how behind I am on training.

I started going to StretchPlex a few months ago just to try it out. I now go on a weekly basis because of the amazing results! I have gained flexibility that I have lost through the years and am feeling great. Alex and Suzanne both do an amazing job!!

In March 2023 I started going to Stretch Plex as a way to help me recover from a hip replacement. I wasn't stretching on my own as I knew I should. Assisted stretching was appealing. I've been going weekly ever since. Along the way I added strength training to my weekly sessions & am all the better for it. Everyone I've worked with at Stretch Plex has been wonderful. I feel more motivated, more limber, and stronger. At 79, that's a win.!

Couldn’t ask for a better group of people at the Wilmington location. I always feel much better after a 50 minute session. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for professionalism and exceptional results in flexibility stretch plex is a must go.

I had back pain in the lower right just above the belt bunco. They took me in on an hour. Notice had me on the table, stretched and manipulated my back muscle and got rid of the knot. They were fantastic. Everyone there is great I renewed for more subscriptions and I’m gonna make an appointment soon. The folks there are great. Giselle is wonderful
