Ari was great, used the shortest amount of time to finish rekeying our main entrance door lock.
He even showed us the whole mechanism of what this entails, the pins inside, creating duplicate.
The best part about a tech is when he is able to explain the work which makes anyone trust him 100%.
He was in and out within 20 mins which included explaining in detail.

Update in review :
On July 30th is when I posted the first review.
I paid $133.00 to have my front door rekeyed so that old key doesn’t fit anymore. I got a set of 3 keys. He did ask me at the time if I needed only one lock rekeyed and I said yes. What I did not know at the time is back patio door opens with the same front door key, the locks are exactly the same for entrance door and back patio door.
The owner gave me another key to front door and told that patio door opens with the same. I realized my mistake and called Ari again.
He adjusted the pins for the back lock. I didn’t need new set of keys so I had to pay $89 + $26.20 =$115.20 for readjustment of pins for back lock. He made sure this time and went around checking that garage door from backyard & another garage door entry to the home from inside the garage did not open with old keys. Basically he made it safe for me that old keys cannot be used to enter the house. Even though I told him multiple times I checked and old keys do not work on other 2 doors which can allow entry to house. He was making sure I do not make same mistake.
Moral of the story — make sure that if one lock is getting rekeyed and you have plans to throw away the old keys, old keys do not open any other lock in the house!
It is an expensive lesson for me.
And also Ari is honest enough to make sure that key owner is not repeating the mistake, else I would have to pay $89 service call again.

Medications keep my brain foggy hence the mistake.

My Hyundai Tucson's dealer wanted an extortionate sum of money and insisted on a three-day wait before they would even replace the key. This neighborhood locksmith saved me hundreds of dollars and the entire job was accomplished as I had my morning coffee.
