I’ve been using Jody at Advanced Plumbing for over 10 years, and I can’t say enough good things about the service I’ve received. It’s rare to find someone who is consistently honest, reliable, professional and does outstanding work.

Every job has been completed with exceptional attention to detail, and I’ve always appreciated how clearly everything is explained before any work begins. I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs, and the pricing has always been fair.

What really sets him apart is the peace of mind he provides. I know when I call, Jody will complete the work quickly and without issue. Last year while I was away on vacation the hose that supplies water to our refrigerator split, causing a water leak through the walls and floor into my basement. My son, who was watching the house while we were away, called me freaking out because he didn’t know what to do. I called Jody and after I informed him of the situation (I was in France at the time), he told me not to worry and that he would get over there right away to fix it…which he did. It would’ve put quite a damper on the rest of my vacation if I didn’t have someone I trusted so much to get the issue fixed asap. That kind of trust is hard to find these days, and it’s why I’ve continued to rely on him for more than a decade.

If you’re looking for a plumber who is professional, dependable, and truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers, I highly recommend him. Thank you for over 10 years of outstanding service!

Jody is an outstanding plumber, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is always available when you need him and consistently provides prompt, reliable service. When our hot water heater died over the weekend, Jody came out the very same day and replaced it for us, saving us from a major inconvenience.

Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he's also personable, professional, and easy to work with. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in doing quality work. I will always call Jody for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber.

Highly recommended! I called about a leaking pipe and they fit me in their busy schedule for the next morning. Super accommodating to additional requests and questions I had, and when they ended up needing a specialty part for the job they returned promptly later that day. Reliable and high quality work, will definitely be calling them for future repairs.

Totally recommend Jody and Advanced Plumbing RI!

Very professional on the phone, prompt follow-up and scheduling.

Arrived on time for the appointment. The work he did was top-notch (replacing exterior faucets of which one was in a hard-to-get-to location).

His visit was quick, complete and very clean.

Glad I called him. We now have a plumber for both maintenance and repair work at our home.

I called when I needed a corroded valve repaired for a new washer to be installed. Jody was able to help me the same day I called. His communication was excellent. He arrived when he said he would. Jody also consulted with me about how I wanted the job handled. He did a great job at a reasonable price. I have him in my contacts now and am recommending him to all my friends. Thank you Jody
