I have used Action Plumbing for over 30 yrs and have always been happy with their work. From the person scheduling the appointment to the plumbers doing the actual work, Action Plumbing is the best. I recently had my water heater flushed and a new pressure valve installed. John K. arrived not only on time, but early (I received a text beforehand to make sure I was home). He was personable, efficient, very patiently answered all my questions and offered helpful suggestions. The cost of the service call, parts and labor beat the competition. I will continue to use Action Plumbing and have recommended them to all my neighbors.

We had a rather complex plumbing need. We wanted to replace our kitchen sink. To do so we had to engage a counter top company to perform the sink work and a plumber to disconnect the plumbing and reinstall it once the new sink was installed. It required a coordinated effort of homeowner, counter top company and Action Plumbing. Action suggested Prestige Counter Tops as a vendor they have worked with in the past so it was an easy collaboration over a two day period and three different appointments. Everything went smoothly and timely. We would recommend Action Plumbing as reliable, affordable and timely. Give them a try!

Our experience with Kyle was great. He was very friendly and kind. BUT I am very upset with the company. We didn’t get the toilet that we ordered and were charged again for the correct one And the woman at the phone argued about the one we ordered she was not to cooperative. I am registering a complaint this is the one we ordered. We did not get it the first time.
