Last week Anderson Roof installed a new roof on our house which is 22 years old. From the sales consultant to the project manager to the team who installed the roof everyone was highly competent. I got estimates from three roofing companies and I chose Anderson based upon their reviews and the fact that they have been in business for 45 years. It turns out that Anderson was only several hundred dollars more than the least expensive company which had a couple of red flags among their reviews. I decided on Anderson and I'm glad that I did.

The whole process of replacing a roof on your home is not typically something that people look forward to in the overall scheme of things. The process of interviewing contractors, sorting through what might look best and perform best on your home can be challenging. In a place like Western Washington, with our notorious months of rain, and our large Hemlocks, Doughlas Firs, Western Red Cedars and Big Leaf Maples towering over our homes ready to drop branches and who knows what else during wind storms, homeowners really need to make sure that the right roof is installed and functional to protect our homes. I really appreciate how Anderson Roofing made the process manageable and understandable. They did not try to "sell" us a roof when they came by for a consultation and inspection. Instead, the representative listened to our needs and concerns, and talked about what we were looking for in a roof replacement.... from functionality to aesthetics to durability and warranty. Honestly speaking, I think that they had the least amount of "BS" in what they told us... stating their professional opinions based upon 45+ years of local experience. They also recommended a great product from a manufacturer that supports, and requires, their installers to be trained and certified. They provided local addresses where we could go check out their work first hand. When the decision was made to go with Anderson and their quote, the production team took over and worked with us every step of the way to schedule the work with our timeline concerns and wishes addressed. The day the actual tear-off and install crew members arrived was equally as smooth. They were all professional, communicated well, and did exactly what they said they would be doing. We did not worry about the yard or the plants and flowers, or anything else. We did a little basic prep in advance of their arrival, but they took care of everything else. Clean up happened each day. Their work was efficient, professional, and quality-driven. You could tell that they really cared about doing the best job that they could. They take pride in their work, and it shows in the whole process. I have to give a special call out to the crew that managed to get the delivery truck with the conveyance boom up our challenging driveway, and turned around in that limited space, so the new materials could be more-easily loaded onto the roof. These guys were professionals in their own right! Impressive teamwork. Final cleanup was almost flawless... I may have found one or two small finger-sized pieces of transparent edge adhesive backing... but not much more. Considering what came off of the old roof, and what went onto the new roof, this was shocking. No clean up for me! Could not be happier with that result. After they had completed the work I went up on our new roof and inspected up close and in detail. They actually did some small finishing touch work that I never would have expected. Everything was done with great care and precision. While Anderson did not provide the lowest quote for the work, they were by far from the highest quote.... and the results delivered were beyond expectations. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They say that "you get what you pay for." In this case, I think that the value we received in both the final product and the process getting there was well beyond what we could have paid for! We feel like the money spent with Anderson was a good investment in our home, and we do not have any concerns about what the Western Washington weather and environment will throw at us in the future.

Jason and the team at Anderson were fantastic from start to finish. We took bids from several companies and for the size of our roof replacement, Anderson came in at a very competitive price. Their team on site was courteous and professional, and most importantly did a great job cleaning up every day. Highly recommend them for your next roofing project.

Tara, the project manager, Luis the crew foreman, Zak and the rest of the crew were professionals all the way.
The crew did an awesome job on my roof replacement and the clean up, too!

From the time I called, through to the completed project, we had excellent service. Everyone was professional, experienced and timely with their communication. The bid was accurate and competitive. We found it easy to make a decision. Once we chose them, they arrived on time, worked 3 1/2 days (estimate was 3-5 days) and finished. We love our new roof! It's attractive and well done. Everything was cleaned up quickly and it was over. It really doesn't get any better than that! I highly recommend Anderson Roofing!
