Born in Dunedin and raised in Pinellas County, she attended the University of South Florida before earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) in Auburn, Alabama. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Kentucky and is excited to bring her training back to Florida to serve local children and families. She will be board certified this year. Dr. Fres is passionate about community engagement and global health, having participated in medical mission trips to Ecuador and Tanzania and outreach efforts in rural areas of the United States. She is fluent in Tagalog/Filipino and values culturally sensitive, family-centered care. She especially enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and families, supporting them through every stage from newborn care to adolescent milestones.
