We had a main drain backup, just after my husband had been in a car accident. We’re usually DIY people, but in this scenario, it wasn’t an option. So I took to the community pages, and ended up reaching out to a couple of the recommended plumbers. Preston’s plumbing was faster AND cheaper than any of the other suggested options. The tool we had rented the time previous took up half of a truck bed, so I was concerned when he rolled up in a small red car. However, within maybe an hour, he had meticulously run snake (?) to determine placement of the clog, and then worked with a magic hose to unclog is completely. When he left, we were back to confidently flushing our toilets, certain that it wouldn’t show back up in the basement. From here on out and any future needs, we’ve got ‘a guy’! Would definitely call him again.

Water heater went out. I called Preston. He was super responsive, even on the weekend. Showed up when he said he would (within 24 hours). Charged a fair price. I now have hot water again. 10/10 would recommend.

Much respect to this guy's hustle.

Preston was fast to respond. Very knowledgeable and very quick to fix my multiple problem even in the extreme cold back in January. I highly recommend him for any service that you need done.
