I’ve been with Todd Shambo’s office for pretty much all of my adult life, and they are always great! I have home, auto, rental dwelling, and personal business insurance through them! His staff is always so friendly and helpful. Just today, I forgot my bill was coming out and didn’t transfer money in time, so I had to call the office. Courtney was the absolute sweetest, and processed my payment over the phone. It honestly felt like I was talking to a friend on the phone, which is exactly what you want from a company that handles such an important thing in your life.

Brian Fain is heaven sent. He called me to see how I was doing with my insurance quote that I inquired about weeks ago. Because of his warm personality and his great customer service skills, I decided to make a purchase today. He was very knowledgeable and honest. May I add, He was so kind and patient, I cancelled my insurance with a third party company and moved all my furniture (auto and home) in my new house (statefarm!)

I have been with Todd Shambo's team for 3 years now for my homeowner's insurance and have been very pleased with the service and responsiveness and rates. Today, I finally initiated the review of other insurance I have with other providers to try to consolidate. I worked with Dexter M. and have nothing but praise and gratitude for his knowledge, expertise, patience, guidance and overall customer service. As a result, I moved two other policies (1 additional homeowner and 1 vehicle) to this agency. I highly recommend this team and if you get a chance to work with Dexter YOU SHOULD DO IT! He was great!
