Perhaps the most unprofessional agency I’ve ever had to deal. When they were recording my business, they promised that if there was ever any claim they would be a part of that process. Eventually, they were able to meet my quote for my previous insured GEICO. Yet for years, though I didn’t have a claim every renewal would be a 5 to 10% premium jump, then when I hit a sign, avoiding another car, technically my fault, couldn’t get these people to answer a call. I had also asked for identity protection. She indicated that I had coverage in a sufficient amount my bad, I should’ve checked it because it was a measly $25,000 as part of my renters insurance .
I had to deal with Allstate’s AI or voice enabled system. Naturally, they increased my rates significantly. When I took out the policy, I gave them a copy of my decorations and said that they should bid the exact same coverage.. only to discover years later they had massively reduced my coverage for our renters insurance in order to meet the quote. This week before going to a new coverage I confronted Cindy on the phone on this matter. Her response was essentially I should’ve checked my coverage and changed it myself.. this agency will promise you everything and deliver nothing

Ashley at Allstate did a great job when I inquired about changing my insurance. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and options to me. It was very easy to make changes/adjustment. I appreciate all the help and info Ashley provided me. It is was great working with her.
