Ryan came to review some issues we were having with our gutters. He spent 4 hours with us showing us photos of our roof and attic, thoroughly talking through the issues he identified and his recommendations. He came with physical product samples for us to look at and even held them up for us to look at in the sun! He was personable, kind, and knowledgeable. Pushy salespeople make us uncomfortable, but Ryan was not pushy at all. He was very understanding and patient as we learned and made a decision. We were very happy with the sales process.

Joe was our estimator. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job of answering all of our questions. He was a little late for our appointment, but we were notified ahead of time by Precision that he would arrive soon as he was just delayed by questions at his previous appointment. We had a couple of unique considerations for our roof, and Joe quickly consulted with others at Precision to be sure of the correct answers. As a result, there was actually a reduction in the overall cost. Joe showed us multiple options for our roof, both metal and shingle, and helped us understand the differences and arrive at a decision.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Precision Roofing.
From the initial consultation with Joe, to scheduling with Ashley and communication with our project manager Brandon, everyone was kind, professional, communicative and really really nice to work with and talk to.
The crew who did the install took really good care to protect our landscaping and property around our home and did an incredible clean-up job afterwards.
And my dogs liked them so that's a great sign.
LOL
We have a beautiful new roof and had a great experience.
In a time where I feel like customer service is lacking in so many areas these folks helped restore my faith that there are still caring people doing business out there :)

Very happy with my new roof.
Joe came out on a Tuesday afternoon to look at our old roof.
We talked about the company, material, price and financing.
We settled on all of it and by Friday we had a dumpster and material delivered. Devlin the project manager came by and explained what would be done. The 7 person crew showed up Saturday at 7am and had the job done shortly after 7pm. If not for the dumpster and the new roof, you wouldn't have know we had anybody at the house. Very professional and nice people to work with.
Special thanks to Ashley in the office. She was in contact with me through the whole process and kept me updated.
When I went to the office to pay, I got to meet the company owner too. I'm glad, I went with a small local business and their price was as good (or better) then the bigger companies.
Overall great people to work with.
5 Stars and would recommend them to everyone looking for a new roof with great customer service.

Joe came over for an estimate and I ended up booking during our visit. Highly professional, and a great explanation of a variety of options. I’m excited to work with a quality company. From the first call with Becky to this conversation with Joe, I have had a very good feeling of trust and confidence! Excited to get my roof replaced!
