One of the personnel in the hialeah office and I got into a verbal dispute (nothing derogatory was said on my behalf) I cannot book jobs and when I do, I am automatically withdrawn from the job. When i contact they guy who raised his voice yelling at me, he gives me a plethora of reasons as to why i am not being picked for the jobs that make no sense. His last response was “you may not be qualified“ and i
told him it says instant accept and that i am qualified and i’ve worked the job before. To that he says
“no one has all of the qualifications and that’s what preventing me from working.“ He then says someone else picked up the job which isn’t true. i kept choosing the job and i keep getting withdrawn. Quite a few workers have complained about him. His name is Chris and he works at the people ready hialeah office.

Spoke with a lady by the name of Asia and she was fantastic. From the moment she answered the phone, all questions were answered with no confusion. Asia even took the time to make sure I had the correct app downloaded to get started. Keep up the great work Asia, it definitely didn’t go unnoticed.
